Digitization Real Estate Market Zones
01/29/2009
Real estate markets can usually be considered as very heterogenous in greater cities and agglomerations, characterised by different rent prices, service levels, quantities and qualities. This particularly concerns office estates. In order to effectively manage real estates within an agglomerations real estate companies divide the real estate market of a city in so-called market zones with individual profiles and characterisations each.
Cushman&Wakefield, Frankfurt/Main (Germany), commissioned RRG to digitzie and code real estate market zones for five selected German agglomerations, which are Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. Besides digitization and coding of the market zones RRG was also requested to prepare individual market zone maps for each agglomeration, and to provide these maps in different electronic formats.
