New project: International logistic cdentres in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus (2009-2010)]

RRG is participating in a consortium led by Dornier Consulting (Friedrichshafen, Germany) for a project on the development and implementation of a network of international logistics centres (ILS) for East European countries (Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey) and the Caucasus (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia), funded by the European Commission (EuropeAid), aiming at a re-vitalization of the so-called New Silk Road between Europe and Asia. The study comprises location analyses, development of logistical concepts, preparation of master plans and of concepts for centre organizations and financing. Results are expected by the end of 2010.
