In the framework of a comprehensive real estate analysis of an existing shopping mall in Düren (Northrhine-Westaflia) done by Cushman&Wakefield, RRG was asked to analyse service areas. This analysis aimed at calculating the number of inhabitants and the purchasing power levels for different service areas around the shopping mall.
