Service area analysis for city location in Langenfeld, Northrhine-Westfalia

As part of a real estate analysis on behalf of Cushman&Wakefield (C&W), Frankfurt/M, and TCP International, Stuttgart, RRG conducted a service area analysis with different travel time thresholds for a city location in Langenfeld. This particular analysis aimed at calculating the number of inhabitants and the available purchasing power levels for different service areas, and to map and statistically analyse these numbers.
