Travel time matrices for Germany

The Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) ordered travel time matrices for German and adjacent regions at NUTS-3 level. The matrices will be generated based upon the RRG GIS Database for different years (1995, 2000, 2005 and 2010), different modes (road, rail), and different means of transport (passenger and goods transport). They will be used by JIBS to analyse the relationship between economic development and improvements to the transport system in the past.
