Mission to Kuwait-EPA

Beginning of September 2015, Dr. Carsten Schürmann visited the Environment Public Authority of Kuwait (Kuwait EPA) as part of his consultant works for the improvement of the Beatona portal. Beatona is the central online portal for environmental information of Kuwait, consisting of the information portal as such(knowledge base), as well as a web-GIS application (environmental explorer). The main objective of the mission was to identify, collect and discuss ideas and proposals for the further improvement and enhancement of Beatona. Mission results will be available end of October.
