Generation truck travel time matrix

On behalf of the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research (ISI Fraunhofer), RRG generated truck travel time matrices between all NUTS-2 regions of the European Union. Calculation was based upon the road network layer of the RRG GIS Database, which includes information on truck speeds by country, link type and local conditions. the matrices also take account of regulatory resting driver periods.
